Our Guarantee

All our nets and supplies are guaranteed to be as described in this website in both quality of material and workmanship. If on receiving a shipment from us you notice a shortage or defect, call us at once so that a correction or refund can be made. Nets and supplies which have been treated, altered or fished by the customer are not returnable. Invoice must accompany all returns. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned merchandise after 30 days.

Miller Net Company, Inc. is not responsible for injury or property damage in the use of any product that we sell. Rope Tensils strengths (LB. test) is for new rope under laboratory conditions. Safe working strengths are generally 10% to 15% of tensile strengths.
